I also get out all the negativity and stress that builds up during the day. Thus, meditation is an excellent way to disperse this stress.
Over time stress can build up causing us physical harm like over eating and premature aging. Stress is a good way to get wrinkles and arthritis however a buildup of a lot of stress can clump into tumors, clots, and plaque. In short this can lead to heart attacks, strokes, and even diabetes.
There’s been much study’s where people incorporated meditation into their lives and the results were astonishing.
